Autonomous mobile robot for transporting and lifting pallets
IntraBot Fork 3.0 is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed to automate internal transport in manufacturing plants and logistics centers. The robot independently picks up, transports, and places pallets and other logistics carriers without any operator involvement, performing tasks assigned by the central system.
With the ability to lift loads up to 3000 mm, Fork 3.0 not only moves pallets between workstations but also services shelves, production lines, and buffer zones.
The robot picks up and puts down pallets on its own without any need for operator intervention. It uses a positioning system based on 3D cameras and LiDAR technology, which lets it precisely align with the load.
The robot is capable of transporting and storing loads at heights up to 3000 mm, eliminating the need for traditional forklifts in many processes.
The robot uses autonomous SLAM navigation, which doesn’t require guides, magnetic tapes, or reflectors. After scanning the hall once, it creates a map of the environment and dynamically plans a route with the ability to avoid obstacles.
Fork 3.0 can work with MES, ERP, and WMS systems, carrying out automatic transport orders between the warehouse, production, and picking areas.
The robot was designed according to the PN-EN ISO 3691-4 standard for autonomous industrial vehicles. The safety system includes:
