Our charging stations are a key element of the infrastructure that ensures reliable and safe power supply for mobile robots. The charging process is fully controlled by the IntraFleet system, which optimizes time and energy efficiency by adapting charging to current operational needs.
We offer three types of chargers:
- Mobile – for flexible power supply anywhere,
- Regular – for standard charging,
- Quick charger – providing ultra-fast energy replenishment.
Our intralogistics system, based on mobile robots, connects with existing ERP, MES and WMS systems and IoT solutions, ensuring smooth data exchange and full process automation. By using API.REST, PROFIBUS or MODBUS, we integrate with the client’s infrastructure, enabling the triggering of automatic missions and logistics orders without interfering with the existing IT ecosystem. This is an intelligent solution that increases operational efficiency and improves logistics management in modern production facilities.
This device uses an advanced robotic arm with a specially designed gripper and a proprietary vision system that ensures precision and full control over the process. It allows simultaneous unloading of two pallets onto two buffers, maximizing the efficiency of the operation. The built-in vision system on the robot arm allows for the collection of containers without the need for their perfect positioning, which increases flexibility and smooth operation. An additional scanning module identifies each container that appears in the system, guaranteeing full control over its location and optimizing the management of warehouse space.
Our docks are key logistics points where vehicles deliver and receive pallets. Their modular design allows for the installation of platforms, roller conveyors and belt conveyors, and advanced sensors monitoring dock occupancy. We offer drive, roller conveyor and platform docks, all adapted to efficient loading and unloading. Intelligent roller conveyors – gravity or drive – with flow control sensors, help optimize logistics by informing about the availability of pallet places and managing cargo transport. Thanks to this, the warehouse operates faster, more efficiently and without errors.
